WHEN WE HEAL OURSELVES OTHERS ARE HEALED

I feel a lot - the people who know me know this about me. I have a deep inner wisdom and connection to my body and have created a daily practice to clear and nourish my own energy and life.

As a committed practitioner I have been on my own self-healing journey for many years now using different modalities of meditation, yoga and breath work. I believe the power of daily practice and ritual has given me the tools to help clear out stuck energy in my body and mind on the daily.

Transcendental Meditation has been a powerful technique I learnt when I was ten. This subtle and effective daily practice has given me effortless access to creativity, balanced energy and a deep joy within.

I became a Reiki channel when I was fifteen. Mainly I use this healing on myself and on my students in classes and workshops and it is super juicy!

I first stepped on the yoga mat 20 years ago. As it has evolved as I grow older I have discovered that it is not a magic pill - it is a beautiful practice in which we heal through. It’s the showing up that allows this practice to move deeply into our physical and emotional body.

Through my own daily practices over the years I see what works in my body and feel deeply connected to share and hold space in my classes, workshops and retreats. I see the light in all bodies, and help guide you on your own healing journey.

After working on private yachts in the Mediterranean and Caribbean for seven years as a Chief Stewardess and Yoga Instructor - I took myself to Bali for two years where I was able to come back into my own natural rhythm. I immersed myself in the healing of daily practices and Bali’s slow tropical lifestyle.

The ocean is my daily medicine and connection to nature, so my move back to Australia after 9 years to live in one of the most beautiful locations was somewhat a natural progression. 

My current location is in the Sunshine Coast, QLD where I hold workshops and instruct yoga classes for both private and groups.

I also host Yoga & Wellness retreats in the beautiful Byfield rainforest, QLD.
