Ritual helps to empower you for more pause and connection, It is the simplest and easiest way you can honour yourself and enhance your well-being. 

Practicing ritual allows you an opportunity to be present, creating a sacred space for more dedicated silence and reflection. Five minutes is all we need to reconnect with our breath and body.

Ritual plays a huge role in keeping myself grounded and connected daily. Waking up before the morning light to meditate and breath into my body as the sun rises, walking on the beach and jumping in the ocean is the medicine.

After many years spent honing in on her own personal practices and creating a much-needed rhythm for daily ritual and self-care. Bec offers a special workshop where you explore holistic health tools to help bring balance back into your life through self-care and daily ritual.

Breath work is one of the most powerful practices to shift stress as it acts quickly in your mind and body bringing clarity in your everyday life. 

Breath work grounds the nervous system and gets your energy moving. When you bring yourself back into this stillness that already exists inside you, it feels like home. Your body knows, your breath knows, your soul knows. 

Sluggish energy, brain fog, fatigue and stress can all be signs of stagnation in the digestive system and around the organs. Specific breath work practiced regularly enable you to really clear out this stuck energy in the physical and emotional body.

Expansive, heart-opening practices help awaken and move stagnation in the physical body, enabling you connect to your emotional body and welcome your spirit and self back after the release. 

Feelings are the only thing that are real, when you allow yourself to drop into your body and really feel what is going on physically, you open yourself up to healing. When you open and expand in your physical body by using certain breath work and flow, you create space for growth and radiance in your everyday life.

Bec’s offerings are a combination of practices she has accumulated over 20 years.

In her offerings Bec creates a safe space for you to move your body using different modalities of breath work, yoga and meditation to invite an opening in your body.

Bec’s classes are thoughtfully and intuitively guided for you to truly connect mind and body. These practices are a combination Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini and Thyroid Yoga®


PRIVATE CLASSES 

BEC CATERS FOR YOUR OWN INDIVIDUAL NEEDS TO HELP DEVELOP A ROUTINE FOR DAILY RITUAL, YOGA AND BREATH WORK AND CREATES AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE YOU HAVE THE SPACE TO GROW IN YOUR PRACTICE.

WORKSHOPS

YOGA AND BREATH WORK FOR THYROID & LYMPHATIC HEALTH WORKSHOP

We hold physical, emotional and environmental debris in our system and moving the body through certain breath work and movement helps to release it. Especially when focusing on the lymphatic system. Our lymph doesn’t have a pump so it needs a little help to get it moving. Through these practices we can help clear the blockages, regulating the hormonal functions within your body. 

DAILY RITUAL AND SELF CARE WORKSHOP

This simple yet effective way to slow down and connect back to yourself is what we are all craving in this overstimulated world. Through developing a morning and evening routine you allow yourself to hone in on ways to clear the physical after sleep and prepare the body and mind vibrant health.
